Optometrist
Ron Faircloth, O.D. specializes in primary eye care and surgical co-management. His specialty covers the medical treatment of diseases and disorders affecting the eyes and pre- and post-op patient care management. Dr. Faircloth attended NC State University in Raleigh, N.C. where he majored in Zoology.
He received his doctor of optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr. Faircloth has been a member of the American Optometric Association for 24 years and was the 2023 president of the North Carolina Optometric Society (NCOS). He is also a past president of the Sandhills District Optometric Society and a member of the local district society, the Sandhills District.
Dr. Faircloth lives outside of Fayetteville with his wife of 23 years, Heather. They have two sons, Cullen and Miles. In Dr. Faircloth’s spare time, he enjoys boating with his family and backpacking. He also serves as Treasurer and pianist of his church.
